How do I make a exchange?
To begin an exchange, email us your order number and details of exchange.
Please give us 48 hrs to respond via email.
Are Refunds allowed?
There are no refunds allowed. We do allow exchanges of the same item only!
We will exchange items if there is a misfit or if item is damaged. You MUST try on and inspect items once packaged is received. You will have a 7 day time frame to notice damages and issue an exchange! We will gladly correct any issues/damages. Original item must be return in its original form and packaging.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE, item cannot be returned or exchanged!
Are there any fees associated with exchanging?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. We will issue a return label via email but will be deducted from the overall transaction amount.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
The following items are excluded and cannot be exchanged:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
- Legging Sets, Leggings, Biker shorts
Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Odored returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
