Return Policy

How do I make a return?

Email us at to begin a return. Your email will be answered within 48hrs.


How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.


How does the process work?

The customer is responsible for returning the items back to us. We will provide you with the correct address. Once we receive your package, we will priovide you with store credit via email. Use this credit to purchase what you would like. Due to our items moving pretty fast, we will not hold items to perform an exchange. This is where the store credit will come in place. If the item you would like is out of stock you can purchase something else with your store credit.

What items are returnable?

Most apparel are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.  Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • 50% + off items
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Accessories
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees
  • White Clothing


Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
